Whenever Al comes to town from Jersey he has to have me make chicken Alfredo for him. Garlic sautéed in olive oil and a mouth watering Alfredo sauce poured over fettuccine.

Here is an offer I would not advise to refuse. Mario could not refuse this dish either. He was in a bad mood and after eating the manicotti with homemade Italian sausage and freshly ground romano, parmesan cheese and all stuffed in manicotti shells with Mama Spatafore’s special marinara sauce. Mario is in a good mood and smiling which is good for all of us!
